Medicare’s Open Enrollment Period runs from October 15 to December 7. This is when you can review your Medicare coverage and make sure it still meets your needs. Plans can change each year – costs, benefits, drug lists, and even which doctors or pharmacies you can use – so it’s always smart to check your options.
During this time, you can switch between Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage or change to a different Advantage plan. Any change you make will begin January 1, 2027.
