  1. Report the Compromise: Call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) to review suspicious activity.
  2. Monitor Your Statements: Visit Medicare.gov to check your claims regularly.

Fraudsters often share personal data with others. Be alert to red flags. If you get a suspicious message, just hang up, delete the email or text, and empty your computer’s trash.
