Guest speaker Norma Kop, Hawaii State Director for Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP), will present on one of the most pressing issues facing kupuna today: how to recognize and protect yourself from Medicare fraud, billing errors, and increasingly sophisticated scam tactics.
About the Speaker
Norma Kop leads Senior Medicare Patrol Hawaii, a federally funded program that empowers Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries to prevent, detect, and report healthcare fraud and abuse. She will be joining the group virtually from Honolulu via Zoom.
