Caring for a loved one is one of the most meaningful acts of love — but it can also be one of the most stressful. This November, the people of Hawaiʻi are invited to join a free, in-person workshop designed to support caregivers, providers, aging adults, and individuals living with memory loss.
Hosted by Brain Matters Hawaiʻi and presented by Amy Kelley, a Medical Fitness Specialist and Certified Brain Health Trainer, this empowering event will help attendees learn practical tools to manage stress and protect brain health — especially during the busy holiday season.
