Led by Amy Kelley, a Certified Brain Health Trainer, this workshop will highlight:

• Lifestyle interventions to reduce the risk of dementia and slow cognitive decline.
• Practical ways for time-limited caregivers to integrate these interventions.
• Understanding normal aging memory loss versus signs of concern.
